Sketch & co was born from a simple idea: people are visuals communicators and learners
Visual storytelling has the power to change the way we create, learn and collaborate - as individuals, organisations and as a society - by connecting right with people's emotions.

We are a different kind of illustration studio, halfway between a consultancy and a creative agency. We bring strategic thinking and illustration skills, and we see our role as bridging these two worlds.
Our clients span all size and sectors across the globe. We work on site, embedded in their project team or virtually, with a network of amazingly talented freelancers and creatives.
We also coach teams, as we believe that everyone is an artist and should be empowered with visual storytelling skills to think and work differently.

We love working together with our clients through a collaborative process - whether we are on site or virtually. We have a very open, transparent and collaborative work style, so don’t view us as your consultant, see us as a member of your team.

We believe we all have a role to play when it comes to contribute to sustainability. And we like to embed that belief in our practices. We are committed to limit our carbon footprint and avoid travel when not necessary.

Sketch & co was founded and run by Jean-Baptiste Vincent, a French and Australian service designer, consultant, illustrator, artpreneur and coach.
​
During his 12+ years of consulting experience as a service design Director Lead at Capgemini and Deloitte Digital, he helped clients innovate and create breakthrough experiences, products and services across Europe, Australia and Middle East.
​
He also drew on his passion for digital illustration to explore emerging ways of working - whether in the context of a workshop, an event, or a large transformation program.
​
In early 2020, he left the consulting world to create Sketch & co. He regularly coach teams and contribute to events and publications on the topic of creativity at work.
